Widi can't show add wireless diver Button

I still can't to use Widi at my pc (Sony Duo13 SVD13211CG )

(Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-4200U CPU @1.6GHz ,

Ram 4GB,

Windows 8.1 x64 ,

Display: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family 10.18.103316 ,

Virtual Bottons 1.0.0.13 ),

befor windows 8 is ok 8.1 not ,

basically i already updated all firmware  but still notworking no add Driver button at charms bar!

plesae help!!
