Win 7 WiDi connection issue after first try

Hello, i have a ASUS N76VM (N76VM  | Notebooks | ASUS Global).
CPU: I7-3610QM
Network Card: Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 (Driver Version 15.17.0.1)
Intel-GFX: Intel HD Graphics 4000 (Driver Version 10.18.104276)

Operating System: Windows 7 64x SP1 Ultimate

Intel Wireless Display Software Version: 4.2.29.0

And i also have a Sharp Smart TV with Intel WiDi support.

I recently reinstalled my notebook on a new SSD and tried to setup the WiDi support.
in the previous installation this WiDi do work fine and everything (i still can boot the old Operating System and use WiDi without issues)

After the clean reinstallation with all windows updates, ASUS drivers like chipset, using intel driver update manager to update GFX/WLAN, diretcX, .net framework, using WiDi compability checker - i am not able to use Intel WiDi on my new system properly.
The first connection starts with a security code to authorise my notebook, this connection works fine, WiDi runs and i see on the TV my desktop ect.

But when i do abort the connection and connect again, sort of a timeout appears, the notebook freeze on the connection buildup and the TV also registers a login (showing "Connecting to Wireless Display..." but shows like 20 seconds after this "Connection failed. Please press the "Cancel Button in...." while the Notebook is still in the connecting state.
I first have to uninstall my Network Card driver and reinstall it so the security code will be requested again and so the first connection will work, all connections after this wont.

It is really weird because i do not know which my old Operating System do have installed which is required in compare to my new clean Operating System.
Smth seems be missing or being misconfigured, there was nothing special on the old Operating System when i did setup the Intel WiDI.

Check the DxDiag for further informations.
I also added a logfile of an missing connection try

These lines seems be suspicious
"

03:45:47:705,[t:0x1420] : CUIBCServer::Start - CreateFile() failed [L=3][M=UIBCserver][F=UIBCServer.cpp: 83]

03:45:47:705,[t:0x1420] : GetLastError returned: 2 (no further information) [L=6][M=UIBCserver][F=UIBCServer.cpp: 84]
"

they appear before the point when the connection should be already finished.

UAC i disabled and the Intel WiDi application is executed as admin.

Any idea what is missing?

Thanks in advance
Martin
