Are Intel Xeon E7-4860 and Intel Xeon X7560 multi chip module CPUs

Hi ,

I need to know  whether   the  Intel Xeon E7-4860 and Intel Xeon   Intel Xeon  X7560   CPUs are  Multi core  or single die modules.  I need to know this  for Oracle licensing purposes. These  CPUs come with the  IBM 7143B6G  (x3850 X5) and IBM 71455RG  (x3850 X5) Servers  respectively.
