I'm unable to share my laptop screen with my LG Smart TV using Intel WiDi. The TV does appear in the wireless displays list. When I try to connect, a message appears on the TV screen as '[my PC name] connecting' and then after couple of seconds the message changes to '[my PC name] is disconnected'. I have tried to connect my smartphone - HTC One and it connects flawlessly. So I guess there is nothing wrong with the TV. I have re-installed Windows with just the required drivers and Intel WiDi app (making sure there is no conflict with any other software), but the same issue is there. Below are my specs:
TV: LG 47LA6200
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center x64
Processor: Intel Core i7-2620M (2nd gen)
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 3000 + Nvidia GeForce GT 525M
Wireless Card: Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235
Intel PROSet/Wireless Software v16.11.0
Intel Graphics Driver v15.28.22.64.3517
WiDi Software v4.3.4.0
Any help would be highly appreciated.
