WiDi display freezes every 4-5 minutes, losing 3-4 seconds of video each time

The WiDi display on the remote monitor freezes for 3-4 seconds every 4-5 minutes when streaming video (both local and internet).  In duplicate mode, the freeze is only on the remote screen, not the laptop.  I have initiated a support ticket on this with Intel, but so far, no response.

My system specifications are: Samsung XE7001C-A01US tablet (4GB RAM, 128GB SSD), Intel Core i5-3371U Processor (x64 1.7GHz), Windows 8.1 (version 6.3.9600), Intel HD Graphics 4000 (driver version 10.18.10.3379), Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 (driver version 15.10.5.1), Belkin Screencast 435C/435D.
