Windows 10 WiDi won't connect anymore to Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter V2

Every time I try to connect my Dell M4800 (i7-4810MQ / AC-7260 / HD4600) to my Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter V2 it looks like its trying (screen flickers, and display shows that my computer is attempting to connect), but later I just get a message that it 'Couldn't Connect'. I have uninstalled the Wireless, Graphics and Chipset drivers and reinstalled them (both from the Dell site and the Intel site). I have removed the adapter from "Connected Devices". I have also tried to connect to other Microsoft Display Adapters with no luck.

When I attempt to connect I see it creates a Miracast Display device in device manager that appears to load fine. But the error is so vague I have no idea whats causing the issue. Any thoughts?
