I have a A Lenovo ThinkPad E550. Intel WiDi was installed on it, but would disconnect every 10 minutes. I sought help from Intel Support. The guy uninstalled existing latest version of Intel WiDi 6.0.44.0 and tried to install older version 4.2.29.0 claiming it to be the latest, but could not. Error message "this platform is not compatible to Intel WiDI". I am not able to understand when Version 6.0.44.0 was already there, how it can be incompatible? Can anybody help me in installing the Intel WiDi.
