Hi there, I purchased a Samsung laptop and a Netgear PTV2000 adapter yesterday.

I also downloaded the following Intel software:
Intel_PROWireless_V14.0.0.0
Intel_Wireless_Display_2.0_V2.0.30.0
The laptop does not have the symbol "intel WIDI Wireless Display" however, the salesman was certain that my model is compatible for intel's Wireless Display.
After downloading and running both files mentioned above, I did receive a message stating that the software is not compatible with my laptop.
Can you help?
